Verify all deadlines, citations, and filings against official court rules and qualified counsel when needed.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for filings, service, deadlines, and outcomes in your matters.
- You may only upload documents and facts you have rights to use.
- Do not use PSLA for harassment, fraudulent claims, or unauthorized practice of law on behalf of others unless you are permitted to do so.
- Protect account credentials and any API keys you configure.
- Review AI-generated drafts for accuracy before relying on them in court.
Research and authority tools
Cached authorities, court-rule summaries, and registry links may be incomplete or outdated. PSLA surfaces sources to assist your workflow; you must confirm applicability in your jurisdiction.
Collective and advocacy features
Features that support group coordination or advocacy do not create a law firm, class counsel, or guaranteed outcome. Participants remain responsible for their own compliance with court orders and local rules.
Beta status
Some builds are marked beta. Beta features may change or fail. Do not rely on beta tooling for time-sensitive filings without independent verification.
